Refunds

All products are custom-made to order, which means they are crafted specifically for you. As a result, they cannot be returned or refunded once shipped out.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled or corrected within 12 hours of placing the order. To do so please email at support@textiledesigndecor.com , including your order #.

• After 12 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be made, to cancel or report an error, email me promptly at support@textiledesigndecor.com
