Custom Orders: Custom-orders are non-refundable nor returnable, however if there’s an issue with your order, I’m happy to work with you to find a solution.

If you have any issues with your order please email at support@textiledesigndecor.com, including your order #.

• Handmade Variations: Since all items are handmade, slight variations may occur within or between orders.

• Sizing: Items cannot be returned or replaced due to incorrect size selection. Please ensure you choose the correct size when ordering.

• Contact Deadlines: For US and Canadian orders, please contact me within 3 days from the delivery date for any issues. For international orders, reach out within 5 days of the delivery date. After these timeframes, assistance may not be guaranteed, please email at support@textiledesigndecor.com, including your order #.

• Order Changes: If you need to make changes or notice an error, please contact me within 12 hours of placing your order, please email at support@textiledesigndecor.com, including your order #.
